You will be able to purchase a set number of hours in advance, which are managed as a retainer. This retainer covers the virtual assistant services for tasks such as general administration, customer service and estimation.

A retainer is an upfront payment for a set number of hours. As our virtual assistants work, the hours are deducted from your retainer. You can replenish the retainer as seen fit or set up automated billing so that your retainer consistently has hours.

If additional hours are needed beyond the initial retainer, you can easily purchase more hours through their profile on our website. You may also opt for automatic recurring weekly payments, ensuring you always have sufficient hours available for their needs. These additional hours are seamlessly added to your existing retainer balance.

We employ highly skilled and experienced estimators who have a deep understanding of industry standards and best practices. Our estimators regularly undergo training to stay updated with the latest tools, techniques, and industry trends.

Our cancellation policy operates on a retainer basis for purchased service hours. Once hours are purchased, they are non-refundable but will be credited to your profile for up to six months. Refunds are granted only for legitimate reasons, such as undelivered services, technical issues, inaccurate estimates, or staff unavailability without suitable replacements. Unused hours remain as a credit on your account for six months.
