  • To ensure the best outcomes from your virtual assistant, clients must communicate clearly, conduct thorough onboarding, provide regular feedback, document processes, grant access to necessary information, manage expectations, prioritise tasks, and utilise service hours effectively. Failure to adhere to these responsibilities may result in services not meeting expectations, and no refunds will be issued for client negligence.

  • While we aim for constant availability, there may be temporary outages to our services due to technical issues, staff unavailability, or holidays. Services are provided on a prepaid retainer model, and hours cannot be refunded but can be credited. Service hours purchased are at the client's discretion, and we hold no responsibility for ensuring a specific quantity of work is completed within those hours. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time, with reasonable notice when possible.

  • Full payment is required for purchased hours before work begins, with service packages billed weekly in advance. Work starts once payment is verified, typically within one business day. We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and nominated payment methods on our website. Invoices and receipts are issued upon payment.
